Entrepreneurial entrepreneurship in civil engineering field excellence of third millennium development goals

Third millennium has started in a way that great part of the world is facing with poverty, loss of human dignity, violation of justice and social freedom, the environmental instability and weaknesses in the field of health, it is expected that such issues are not existed after years. What was expected in that time, was that the specified goals would be achieved until year 2015.The results of this Joint action haven’t achieved by the end of that year and the conducted survey. But it can’t be said that 2015 have ended and the date of the third millennium statement is expired. It is need to be considered that the great part of the world have some issues that specified in 8 goals of the third millennium; so there should be an attempt to achieve the sustainable human development and real challenging issues. By investigating of economic actors of civil field on one hand and third millennium goals on the other hand it can be said that the more people have these qualities in the Society, developments of the country in all fields that cause realization of the third millennium goals will be increased. In this article we study entrepreneurship in particular and by representing some examples we express our suggested solutions. So it is expected that according to the importance of realization of the millennium goals and civil field’s key role and the construction in this field, governments would pay attention to the developments of knowledge centers and department of Industrial Relations of training centers by Lending and applied organizational and financial support
