چکیده مقاله:

Competition pressure in global markets has made quality improvement, low productioncost, satisfaction of customers and managerial responsiveness not just a choice butrather a strategic necessity. At the turn of the third millennium, the world faced withoverwhelming and fast technological changes. The main feature of the new millenniumorganizations is their emphasis on knowledge and information technology (IT). Thoseorganizations capable of creating qualitative knowledge enjoy strategic competitionadvantages. As a result, managers are expected to develop deep and accurate perceptionof organizational and environmental evolution and improve the performance oforganizations through investment in knowledge based projects.
