A model for assessment and enhance E-readiness of Zahedan’s citizen with aimed establishment the electronic city

Going through electronic cities is inevitable due to population growth and changes in the structure of relationship between citizens. Due to the growth of electronic interactions in the world, joining their firms to survival of our social, economic, political etc. will be inevitable. In the recent years, the develop and use of information technology has been accelerated in various fields of society and achievements of it have been associated with the people that neglect to it would create great confusion in the community. Today, governments are trying that with using information technologies, changing the way of serve the mission to people and respond to them in less time, best quality and lowest cost. Given the importance, in this paper is trying to be provid a model of evaluate and improve e-readiness Zahedan’scitizens for establishment e-city. This is a descriptive survey and using a questionnaire with statistic population consists of 300 people, including zahedan s civilians (have academic degree). The aspects examined in the study are: the technical and communication infrastructure, business environment, culture and community. The results of the research show that the overall fit of the model is good and among the variables and citizen’s e-readiness have positive and significant relationship.
