چکیده

The foundation of any organization, is made up by its employees in the form of knowledge, skills and their motivation. Nowadays, it is important to have such resources that in the coming decades, and perhaps centuries the main source of competitive advantage will not have root in new technology but in the initiative, creativity, commitment and empowerment of labor. The aim of the study was to examine the factors associated with visionary leadership and employee empowerment and determine the impact of visionary leadership on psychological empowerment .The method used in this study is descriptive survey and According to research aims that assess the relationship between the variables is correlated type of surveys. To collect the data, two standard questionnaires used in this study is that designed to measure competencies and organizational learning Spritzer questionnaire was used to measure empowerment. The population in this study consisted of managers and employees in Sistan and Baluchestan Department of Cooperative, Labor and Welfare that they were 145 people. The sample using random sampling method and using Chersy and Morgan table 108 people determined. For data analysis, descriptive statistics such as frequencies and percentages and descriptive statistics of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, correlation analysis and structural equation using LISREL 8.8 software to test hypotheses have used. The results of the analysis confirmed all research hypotheses and it can be said that Visionary leadership has impact on employees psychological empowerment in Sistan and Baluchestan Department of Cooperative, Labor and Welfare
