خلاصه مقاله:
Today, some industrial consumers due to inductive loads with power factor that has little reactive power consumption, and in some industries, such as electric arc furnaces Generates harmonics reactive powerconsumption and damage to the network to compensate for this phenomenon can be compensated at high voltage SVC static instruments used for powerfactor correction. Today, with the development of superconductors, superconducting magnetic energy storage SMES can be used as a substitute for SVC. In this paper, using superconducting magnetic energy storage SMES instead of SVC in an industrial plant samples and the results are reported in Iran.
