Provide a conceptual framework for technological Entrepreneurship in Iran

Technological entrepreneurship (TE) is the latest issues in the field of entrepreneurship and the new economy whichhave been considered. Technology entrepreneurship involves the introduction of new technologies and innovativeproducts and services in response to market opportunities and chances, based on a powerful combination of businessresources and the potential of their external environment represented by the sphere of science, research anddevelopment and business institutions. New technology-based firms play an important role in the business world, asthey accelerate innovation processes and increase competitiveness. Given the being new TE issue, lack of coherentliterature review and also lack of clear conceptual framework in order to applying technological strategies in economicdevelopment, in this article, has tried to explain the current concepts and models of TE and Presentation advantage andbarriers of TE with an analytical and review approach. Thus, identification and optimization of promoter and deterrentfactors who individual and corporate technorepreneurs encounter in implementation could be enumerated inempowerment of their motivation and creative skills at deployment of effective strategies in order to create individual orcorporate technological values which enumerate as the most important and the most effective goal of this subject ofentrepreneurship.
