Nanocrystalline Cu-doped ZnO particles were synthesized by SOL GEL method under ultrasonic irradiation. The composition and structural properties of the sample were determined by energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy, X-Ray diffraction, FTIR spectroscopy and FESEM microscopy The results confirmed that nanocrystalline Cu-doped ZnO particles have a hexagonal wurtzite structure with a high degree of crystallization and a crystallite size of 30-55 nm. The results shown Cu ions are contributed in zinc oxide nanocrystal.
