چکیده مقاله:

The construction industry has become more complex and endeavoured to become more efficient, productive and integrate through intensified collaboration and integration. Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) attempts to overcome fragmentation of the construction process and almost in parallel Lean Constriction (LC) make an effort to eliminate project s waste to bridge this gap. Recently Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies are greatly aiding to improve productivity and efficiency. They are implemented individually and even side by side. From them, IPD has made an appropriate contractual infrastructure and claimed to utilize LC and BIM. The objective of this paper is to investigate if IPD made adequate infrastructure to incorporate LC and BIM , then to draw benefits and challenges of this connection and collaboration. The research is archival in nature and an extensive literature review has been conducted on the implementation of IPD, LC and BIM in the complex project settings. No IPD formation that joined LC and BIM is found , this study is focused to perceive the demarche of IPD and its incorporation with LC and BIM. This paper used from purposed combination scheme combining IPD , LC and BIM to show readiness of IPD to utilizing LC and BIM for improving the complex project problems. Perquisites and challenges, which need to be addressed, are also highlighted.
