چکیده

Making decision about what method is better in outputs, production, is essential to developments and dynamism in productive organization. It is evident that using models in order to evaluate the overall operation of different productive methods in significant –on the other hand, defining and codifying the appropriate indices to make a system, In this study it was attempted to select the best production method and supplying material using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) which eventually that method creates more value for company’s performance. Therefore, in this study performance of Ball valve production in Petro Nab Sepahan Manufacturing Company will be assessed and ranked using these two methods regarding dimensions such as quality, cost, and function and also acquired measures. According to carried out investigations in 2015, seven different methods for producing body parts, cover and stem as main parts of ball valve and also six methods of doing supplementary operation were identified. And finally efficiency of assessment and ranking of production methods in the industry were determined.
