Investigation of Prevalence and Fertility, infertility (Dead and strile) of Hydatid Cyst in Slaughtered cows of Urmia City, Nort-West of Iran

Cystic Echinococosis Granulosus is one of the most prominent problems for the health of human and animals, Echinococosis Granulosus is represented as one of the factors which has crystal clear effects on economy, Echinococosis Granulosus (hydatid cyst) larval stage causes a kind of harmful disease known as zoonose in both human and animals and the alternative users are canines. To see the big picture; hydatid cyst in livestock is diagnosed when cows are sent to botchery slaughtering. This is only way to screen the disease. It is the purpose of this inquiry to denote the status of being Fertility and infertility. To be more precise; in this research, 1357 cows were examined (in January & February 2015) after butchering and separation after internal organs (liver and lung) after the witness of cysts, the symptoms were taken to the Lab. Hydatic cyst after being centrifuged were colored with eosin this is the case in which alive cysts are achromatic, dead ones are in red and sterile ones are without any prosculecs. Results indicate information that 414(30.5%) examined livestock out of 1357 were infected by Echinococosis Granulosus. Meanwhile; out of 414 infected cow, approximately about 86(20.77%) had infected liver and 328(79.22%) had infected lung. In addition, the viability rates of hydatid cysts were 23.18% for liver and lung. Besides; the Infertile of hydatid cysts included 76.81% for liver and lung that Contains Dead Statue and Sterile. One of the causes of these cysts is dogs in cattles, making utilization of extensive pasture which is the place for playing large number of dogs; meanwhile there are lots of dogs which have no one to take care of them in pasture. As a result, these mentioned dogs cause the eating of egg including parasite by cows there
