Nowadays, membrane technology has obtained much attention in the industries and also in daily human life [1- 3].among the various kinds of membrane, ion exchangemembranes (IEMs) can be employed in environmental protection such as treating industrial and biological effluentsand many more processes [1, 2].In this research, PMMA/ IEM composite membrane was prepared by emulsion polymerization method and theelectrochemical properties of membranes were studied as afunction of used emulsion composition in polymerization process.
