There are several research reported in recent years that investigated the different aspects and possible applications of vinyl phosphonic acid (VPA). Polymers based on VPA showmany attractive properties primarily due to protogenic phosphonic acid functionality [1, 2]. In this study,precipitation polymerization of VPA in ethyl acetate at 70 oC temperature was investigated.
