خلاصه مقاله:
The growing interest in using of novel polymer microcellular foams with cell size less than 10μm and cell density greater than 108cell/cm3 is mainly due to their advantages [1].Recently, using nano scaled additives has been considered to improve cell nucleation and produce more bubbles with a finermorphology. Incorporation of nanoparticles such as layered silicate, carbon nano fiber and carbon nano tube in foam production have been reported [2].In this study nanocomposite foam based on thermoplastic poly urethane/ polyvinyl chloride/ multi wall carbon nano tube (TPU/PVC/MWNT)were produced via batch method and the effect of functionalization of CNT was studied on the foam morphology.
