چکیده

In the last five decades laser assisted treatment techniques have attracted great interest among scientists due the excellent light properties, precision of operation, local processing ofsurfaces and low operational cost [1].Among different polymeric materials, the surface of fibrous materials could beeffectively modified using laser assisted treatment methods. Polyethylene terphethalate fibers were irradiated by UV excimer laser.The interaction between laser beams andpolymer produces ripple/roll-like structure and changes the physical and chemical properties of the fibers [2]. The optimalworking parameter of pulsed laser to remove the surface soiling of fibrous material was proposed in research by Strlic [3]. In this research, the effect of laser irradiation parameters such as laser fluence and pulse number on surface morphology of composite nanofibers is investigated
