خلاصه مقاله:
Accurate determination of viscoelastic properties of rubber compounds is a crucial step for the modelling of elastomeric articles under cyclic loadings. We have shown in our previouswork [1] that the combination of a hyper-elastic model such as Marlow or Yeoh and Prony series equations in conjunctionwith finite element analysis of three rubber strips under tension loads can precisely describe the mechanical behaviourof rubber compounds in tension mode. The aim of this work isto examine the applicability of the developed approach in determination of the Prony series parameters for a typical NR/BR rubber compound used in truck tire tread via comparison of the predicted behaviour with experimental data
