In the way toward producing polyolefins with novel characteristics, researchers moved toward designing new types of catalysts. Hybrid catalysts which are composed of two ormore types of catalysts can be considered as one of the smartest approaches toward the goal [1-3]. Duringpolymerization each of the components ofthe catalyst produces polymers with different properties and therefore a polymer blend is formed in a single reactor. The mostimportant catalysts for polyolefin productions are now Ziegler-Natta (ZN) and Metallocene (Met) catalysts. Here a novel method formaking ZN/Met hybrid catalysts isintroduced and the effects of different parameters such as temperature and concentration of a third component thatisTriethylAluminium(TEA) that we regard it as coupling agent are discussed on the amount of loading of Met catalyst on ZNcomponent through EDXA (surface analysis) and ICP (bulk analysis). Finally propylene polymerization is investigated using the hybrid catalysts and the polypropylenes (PP) are studied through DSC, 13C NMR and DMTA
