A large amount of tires are disposing annually around the world [1]. So recycling the waste tires, is environmentally and economically an important issue. Vacuum Pyrolysis Process(VPP) is a clean and feasible method for recycling. All VPP products which are pyrolytic oil, Pyrolytic Carbon Black(CBp) and non-condensable gases are commercially valuable [2-3]. In this work the effect of addition of pyrolytic oil residue, obtaining from vacuum pyrolysis of Ground TireRubber (GTR), on bitumen modification has been investigated through rheological aspects
