خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, inorganic polymers based on silica (SBA-15) was synthesized from tetraethyl orthosilicate and modified with amino propyl triethoxy silane. The synthesized particles used as a drug delivery system and loaded with tetracycline hydrochloride. The modified and drug loaded mesoporous particles were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption. The release profiles of tetracycline-loaded particles were studied at PBS buffer solution (pH 7.2-7.4). The drug delivery system based on amino modified SBA-15 exhibits novel features with an appropriate usage as an anti-bacterial drug delivery system with effective management of drug adsorption and release
