This paper investigates the synthesis of disentangled polyethylene prepared by TiCl4/MgCl2 catalyst and effect of entanglements on physical and mechanical properties such as solid state draw ability and modulus build up. The samples synthesized in the 0°C and long time of polymerization shows 902% solid state draw ability that is comparable with the samples synthesized with the FI catalyst. Also this samples show relatively good modulus build up.
