چکیده
In this paper molecularly imprinted polymers for azithromycin have been synthesized by precipitation polymerization. Methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TRIM) as cross linker, acetonitrile and chloroform as progen were used. An equivalent blank polymer was also synthesized inthe absence of the template compound. The experimental results showed that the MIPs exhibited high loading capacity, selectivity and release profile for azithromycin compared to non MIPs (controlled). Loading and release tests of azithromycin from MIPs were investigated by measuring the absorbance by RP-HPLCکلیدواژه ها

کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
