In this research, polylactic acid/clay nanocomposites with modified migration properties were prepared using different amounts of Cloisite® 20A (1, 3 and 5 phr) and Fusabond E265, as compatibilizer, for use in biodegradable food packaging. Then distribution and dispersion of prepared nanocomposites were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and it was seen that morphology was of intercalation type.
