A new developed strategy to reduce the time of VCM suspension polymerization is continuous initiator dosing. The continuous initiator injection leads to spread heat from reaction over the polymerization time. Dosage of initiator with different half-time during the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride has been simulated. It is found that the effect of dosage on the rate of reaction is most in a fast initiator which accompanied with a significant reduction in the reaction time
