خلاصه مقاله:
Polymers have great potential to be exploited as a nano-structured material specifically for novel therapeutic applications. In order to obtain optimum size and shape, modification and engineering is essential. Among all polymers, polysaccharides have gained a lot of attention toward new biomedical application such as delivery of biomolecules via different conjugation methods. Here we prepared nanoparticle based polysaccharide hyaluronic acid (HA) which has a negative charge and aloe vera (AV) powder which is non-ionic. In order to kinetically form nanoparticle, amino acid L-arginine (L-Arg) which has a positive charge was used to electrostatically bind to HA and physically integrate AV. While AV entrapped in nanoparticles, hydrogel behavior of nanoparticles will increase due to the physical network and high water uptake of AV. Thus, important goal is to deliver higher amount of biomolecules without denaturation along with nanoparticle formation
