Immiscible PA-6/PVB blends with different content of waste PVB were melt processed and their dynamic mechanical properties were studied. According to the DMA curves, the blends with dropt-matrix morphology showed a typical decrease in storage modulus relative to the pure PA-6, while a significant drop was observed for the blend with a co-continuous morphology. On the other hand, behaviors of the curves were changed from polyamide-like form to the PVB-like one. In fact, due to the morphology evolution, PVB phase had a higher effect on final modulus of the system
