چکیده
PVA/Chitosan nano fibers were prepared by electrospinning method. The weight ratio of PVA/Chitosan was fixed at 70:30 in 2% Acetic acid. One of the best substrates for enzyme stabilization is nano fiber membranes which have high surface to volume ratio and porosity. In this study, chitosan membranes nano fiber was used to stabilize the GOD enzymes to regulate blood sugar glucose is considered.nThe morphology and diameter of PVA/Chitosan nano fibers were characterized by SEM and FTIRکلیدواژه ها
