خلاصه مقاله:
Blends of ethylene propylene diene Monomer (EPDM)/ styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) based on 80/20 wt% in the presence of carbon black (CB) and nano clay (NC), were prepared and cured with the electron beam(EB) irradiation in the dose rate of 50,100, 150 KGy. X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicated that the distance between the layers were increased and resulted in intercalated structure. Crosslink density of samples were measured using the Flory- Rehner equation. The results showed that the crosslink density were increased with the increasing absorbed and nano clay. Also dynamic mechanical properties were studied. The obtained Result indicated that irradiation were improved compatibility EPDM/SBR blends. The storage modulus of samples were increased and loss tangent decreased with the increasing radiation dose up to 100 kGy
