خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, organic metal salts of aluminum tri-acrylate (ALTA) and aluminum tri-methacrylate (ALTM) were identified using in a two-step synthesis by using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).. Then this compound as an active filler was used in the styrene butadiene rubber latex (SBR). Comounds based on SBR with three reinforcement ALTA, ALTM and Clay nanoparticles (nanoclay) were prepared under equal conditions in two methods of using magnet stirrer and ball mill.then morphological properties were studied.The study results showed that the samples produced ballmill have a better distribution ;therefore, using this method to improve the distribution and filler particle distribution was very effective. Providing these reinforcement can be considered an effective step to achieve cheaper and more effective fillers in the field of reinforced elastomers.
