خلاصه مقاله:
In this study a new kind of Nano composite phase change material was prepared by Nano copper oxide (CUO) in paraffin. CUO can improve thermal conductivity of the PCM. For better dispersion of Nano particles, CUO powder was treated with Silane coupling agent. The grafting of Silane on The CUO Nanoparticles surface was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) techniques. The effects of Nano particles on composite were measure by RMS. The result indicated that the thermal conductivity and viscosity complex increased with Nano particles and the time of solidification and melting decrease and surface modification could increase dispersion and compatibility in polymer matrix
