چکیده

Nanofibers of poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and chitosan were produced by electrospinning. Morphology of nanofibers was investigated using Scanning Electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal stability of PLA and chitosan nanofibers was studied using Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) in temperature range of room temperature to 800 °C. TGA and DTG results indicated that the thermal degradation of chitosan as initially prepared proceeds in two stages. Hence it can be claimed that chitosan nanofibers could be more stable than PLA nanofibers
