چکیده

The layered membrane of poly(vinyl acetate)(PVAc)/polyurethane(PU) was prepared for gas separation application. The PU porous support was prepared by phase inversion method using DMF solvent and water as non-solvent. The effect of PU concentration on the morphology of prepared supports was investigated using scanning electron microscopy analyses. The PVAc selective layer was coated on the PU support using solution casting method. The attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) analyses were used to study the layered membrane. The prepared membrane was showed permselectivity of around 26 toward CO2/N2 pair gases
