چکیده
Production of nanofibers for various applications has gained great attention since last 3 decades. Nowadays scientists focus on production of nanofibers from biodegradable polymers with herbal extracts for medical applications. In this study nanofiber scaffolds from poly-caprolactone (PCL), Gelatin (Gel) and Aloe-vera (AV) were produced through tow-nozzles electrospinning process. For this the Gel/AV blend was injected from one syringe and PCL solution from the other one. Aloe vera being a biocompatible natural biopolymer was incorporated in to the nanofibers as an anti-inflammatory agent. Presence of Gel helps the spinability of aloe vera. After electrospinning, morphological, mechanical and hydrophilicity properties of hybrid nanofiber mat were investigated. کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
