3D-printing, based on fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a fast growing technology due to its ability to build parts with complex geometrical shapes in a reasonable time period. In this study mechanical properties of FDM built parts from glass reinforced ABS is compared with their moulded. Results revealed while 3D printed ABS parts show higher tensile strength, FDM built glass reinforced ABS has lower mechanical properties
