چکیده
The aim of this work is synthesis a biocompatible and biodegradable drug delivery system for delivery of Methotrexate (MTX) as an important anticancer drug. MTX was loaded in calcium alginate modified albumin beads. The interaction between MTX and human serum albumin (HSA) was investigated by isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Thermal gravimetricanalysis (TGA/DTA), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The controlled release of MTX from calcium alginate beads in buffer solution was performed under various conditions and monitored by UV–visible spectroscopyکلیدواژه ها
