Recently growing trends have been observed towards the PVA hydrogel composites based nanozeolite in drug delivery systems. This study considered to evaluate the release of Tetracycline hydrochloride via hydrogel Nano-composite and to assess the effect of temperature release behavior associated with Nano-composite.Reaction carried out by dissolving of sample components in 30 ml distilled water and placing into the water bath at 65℃ for gelation. The samples have been characterized by SEM, XRD and release behavior were studied by spectrometric methods at different temperatures (25, 30 and 35 °C).The constructed hydrogel Nano-composite showed 12% drug release for 6 hours at 30℃. Also it observed that drug release increased by an increase in temperature and decreased by temperature decrement. Moreover, XRD pattern and SEM images showed homogeneous morphology of Nano-composite.Taken together, results implicated that the constructed hydrogel Nano-composites can improve the antibiotic treatment
