چکیده

Lots of studies have been done on the factors that cause accidents out of the cities. In a generaldivision we can divide these factors into humans, vehicles, weather and roads. It has also donemuch research on the amount of security facilities and the speed control devices to reduce theaccidents. In this article we consider one of the most important security facilities which are thefixed camera for controlling the speed. Different study experiences have shown that one of thecommon reasons of the accidents that cause injury or death is illegal speed. This is while thedrivers don’t understand the danger of high speed. By increasing speed the control of thevehicles is more difficult for the drivers. That’s why the speed controlling system is one of theintelligent transportation systems.
