The Effects of Privatization on the Financial Aspects of Business Continuity Power in Azerbaijan

Privatization is a way to promote economic efficiency and productivity of firms based on the competitive environment, the state monopoly and the creation of an open economy with respect to ownership and social and political freedoms. The interpretation of the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of privatization on the financial aspects of the company s continuity. Whereas themain objective of this study was to examine the financial aspects of the privatization of the Electricity Company of Azerbaijan is going, it can be said that the aim of this research is in the area of applied research. Since the study of methods for library and field methods such as questionnaires have beenused, it can be stated that based on the nature and method of this study, a cross-survey. The population of this study included all employees of electricity Azerbaijan. According to statistics provided by the Department of Human Resources of the company s total number of 800 persons. The sample of thestudy, according to Morgan at 95% capacity of 260 persons. But the issued questionnaires (315 questionnaires) due to lack of staff and in some cases lack of cooperation by them on the one hand and on the other hand were ncomplete questionnaires a total of 306 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The method of random sampling is available. The instrument used for data collectionquestionnaire (operational components and parameters for each variable) is. The results showed that the financial dimensions of the continuation of the privatization of the company is effective. The results showed that the principles and application forms of privatization, the field of application of incentivesprivatization, the importance of privatization, privatization barriers and facilitating factors of privatization on the financial aspects of business continuity is effective.
