چکیده مقاله:
Three novel silica based polycrystalline were successfully prepared in this work and comparative studies on behaviors of bioactivity and cytocompatibility were carried out by immersing in SBF and Pulp stem cell culture on surface of samples. The incorporation of zinc and calcium fluoride intosample induced to different effects on glass structure, cell signaling, cell-substrate interaction and surface properties on bioactivity and cytocompatibility. Results represented that corporation of ZnOand CaF2 led to better mineralization in SBF, also promoted cell proliferation and enhanced alkalinephosphatase activity. In fact the co-existence of Zinc oxide and calcium fluoride at lower dosage are capable to increase cell proliferation and distinguished potential to form hydroxyapatite layer on the surface of substrate thus resulted in advantageous bioactivity and biocompatibility. So it seems that prepared samples are suitable to repair damaged enamel of dentals
