The present study’s subject, the Investigating Relationship of social capital with organizational commitment has implement in Ship Building Industry. Main research question was that is there any Relationship between social capital and organizational commitment?Nahapiet and Ghoshal model was used to identify social capital and Allen and Meyyer model used for organizational commitment.Questionnaire consists of 18 question for social capital and 24 for organizational commitment. Content-related validity was used for Questionnaire validity and to assess the reliability, Cronbach’s alpha was obtained 0.935.The study in terms of target is from type of applied research component descriptive and correlation.To descriptive analyze SPSS software and for illative analyze PLS software were used.Among statistical sample 86 questionnaires were collected.Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of obtained data and the test results confirmed data normality.Research hypotheses were done by using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model.There are 10 hypotheses in this study and the results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between social capital and organizational commitment as the main hypotheses
