چکیده

The aim of the current determines is study the relationship between worthy choice and staffs organizational performance of National Gas Company of West Azerbaijan. The study population include all managers of Gas companies that the statistics based on managers number in gas companies in the geographic area equal to 22Gas companies and 07 managers. Due to the limitation of population, the total of it selected as sample and involved in the research process. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire that both of them relates to independent and dependent variables. It is a applied research and also is a corrrelational- descriptive based on the study method. A nominal validity used to confirm the validity of the questionnaire, that prepared by the opinion of university professors and Cronbach’ alpha test was used to confirming questionnaire reliability that its value for organizational performance and worthy choice questionnaires equal to 759.0 and 75917, respectively. Also showed the proper values of questionnaire’s reliability. Dimensions of worthy-choice variable include: behavioral and intellectual skills, knowledge and professional information, attitude and insight, credit and personality characteristics, that results indicates the significant relationship between all independent variables with dependent variable (organizational performance). In fact there is a significant relationship between worthy-choice and organizational performance of National gas company staffs in West Azerbaijan Province .
