Tourism attractiveness and capacities are considered as unique capitals for every country & region which its recognizing, classifying and planning has great importance in order to improve tourists attraction. Iran due to its unique environmental potential capabilities and features has importance & high capability in the tourism industry development. The studied area, that is Namin township which is situated in the eastern part of Ardebil province. This province has been used from its climatic elements such as Bagrudag heights, Gardaneh Hayran, Buzgush heights and also it has utilized from mountainside and alpine weather. According to the conducted researches, tourism has high ability in the alpine section of this region such as Fandaglu and Talesh heights. We can concluded that the most percentage of its natural abilities and special geographical conditions is the necessary abilities and for attracting of a tourist. In this research is tried to consider comparative study of these regions through recognizing of environmental abilities in the mountain side and alpine parts to provide planning conditions for each regions. The applied method is as descriptive - analytical and the data are analyzed after collection, classification and organization. In performing of this research has been used from map, chart, diagram, table and also GIS and SPSS software's for data analysis.
