چکیده
This study investigated the effectiveness of crisis management virtual training course onurban management of Kermanshah province's municipalities' managers. The aim of this studywas to evaluate the effectiveness of crisis management virtual training course on urbanmanagement of staff managers of municipalities of the province of Kermanshah in theirknowledge, awareness and satisfaction level of the course based on Kirkpatrick model.Methods: the present study is an applied research in terms of its goal and is a descriptiveevaluative in terms of its method. Research population includes all staff managers ofmunicipalities of eight cities of Kermanshah including the West Islamabad, Sarpolzohab,Ghasreshirin, Gilangharb, Harsin, Bistoon, Sahne and Kangavar that is a total of 120 people.Sampling method was a simple random sampling and includes 52 subjects and research toolis a researcher-made questionnaire and indicators used in frequency and percentagedescriptive statistics, mean and t-test inferential statistics. Findings: 68/8% of the managerswith an awareness of the potential of the city, assesse their readiness for planning I times ofcrisis as a high level and 59/9% had completely agreed to acquire knowledge of crisismanagement. 83/5% believed that the quality of the presented content was very high andhigh. Conclusion: the virtual training course on crisis management was effective on urbanmanagement of Kermanshah province's municipalities' managers in terms of increasingknowledge and awareness of crisis management. There is a significant difference between thepre-test and post-test mean of samples at the level of 0.05 > P. The participants' evaluation ofthe workshops and the course was desirable.کلیدواژه ها
