خلاصه مقاله:
Thermodynamic study of (salt + amino acid + water) system is useful to understand severalbiochemical processes [1]. Aspartate has an important role in biosynthesis of amino acids andalso biochemical roles. In this study, the determination of thermodynamic properties for(NaBr+ NaAsp + water) system over total ionic strengths from 0.001 to 3.000 mol.kg-1 fordifferent series of salt molal ratios r (r = mNaBr/mNaAsp = 1.0,2.5, 5.0,7.5,10.0, and single saltNaBr in aqueous system) at T= 298.2 K are reported. The pitzer model was used to calculatethermodynamic properties.
