چکیده

Greenhouse gas emissions are changing the world’s climate by trapping heat, warming the oceans and the atmosphere, altering regional climates, and creating increasingly extreme and unpredictable weather. The probability of extreme weather events is increasing. Whilst carbon fertilization and certain climatic changes could benefit some crops in some regions of the world, its overall impacts are expected to be negative, threatening global food security. Changes in temperature, amount of carbon dioxide (CO2), and the frequency and intensity of extreme weather could have significant impacts on crop yields. Climate change is producing profound changes in this precious commodity, threatening water availability, access, and even quality. Insufficient growth in production will lead to higher and more volatile prices. Climate change will affect the food quality because of the increasing temperature and decreasing crop growth period. Moreover climate change affect on food prices and increase the food price. Regard to the fact that poor people waste most of their income on food preparation.
