Bioaccumulation of Zn and Fe elements in the Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) eggs at different stages of embryogenesis

چکیده

Bioaccumulation of minerals Zn and Fe during different stages of embryogenesis was investigated in the Rainbow trout eggs. Two Californian incubators, with the same condition, one of them containing approximately 06666 eggs and the other one without any eggs as control unit to survey of bacterial activities on the studied elements variations were initiated. Sampling was conducted for fertilized eggs (Dry method fertilization) at initiation time (n=166) as control sampling treatment, before being introduced to the incubator; afterward, the egg sampling continued weekly during the incubation period. Same time the variation of the studied minerals in the incubators discharge water compare to entrance water was analyzed. The concentrations of Zn element in the eggs dry weight, showed significant differences (P< 6060) with increasing trend during the incubation period. Also the concentrations of Fe showed invariable trend in the eggs texture during the incubation period. It was shown that the elements required by Rainbow trout eggs vary during different stages of development and the eggs absorb their required elements as selective mechanism or the elements accumulate in the eggs during the embryogenesis period for osmoregulation and the other physiological mechanisms.
