خلاصه مقاله:
Isoniazid (pyridine-4-carboxilic acid hydrazide or isonicotinic acid hydrazide) is a widely used drug alone in the prophylaxis and in combination with other anti tuberculars in the treatment ofall forms of tuberculosis [1]. Several methods for the analysis of isoniazid are available in the literature. [2,8]. On the other hand, applications of potentiometric sensors in the field of pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis have been advocated [9]. Potentiometric detection based on ion-selective electrodes (ISEs), offers several advantages such as speed and ease of preparation and procedures, simple instrumentation, relatively fast response, wide dynamic range, reasonable selectivity, and low cost [10]. In this paper, we introduced new potentiometric sensors for selective determination of Isoniazid in pharmaceutical preparations and biological fluids.
