چکیده

Background:The P53 is a tumor suppressor protein and acts as a transcriptional factor which is activated in response to DNA damages. It contributes in genome integrity by increasing growth arrest, DNArepair and apoptosis. According to the fact that P53 is the most common mutated gene in all types of human cancers, structure evaluation is necessary.Method and finding:In this study bioinformatics tools and homology modeling were utilized to determine 3D structure of P53 protein between all isomeric form types. BLAST was used to achieve the best appropriate template.Conclusion:These information will be useful to predict the results of various mutations in P53 protein and they will be also worthful in drug design investigations
