چکیده

The objective of this study is to determine and observe the behavior of demulsifiers and construction of new de-emulsifier for demulsification of crude oil. This method is carried out by bottle test in concentration, pH, and concentration for real emulsion systems. Choosing a suitable solvent, bottle tests, determining the efficiency of chosen materials, choosing chemicals with the best efficiency, optimizing of materials according to temperature, pressure and injection value was obtained according to economic calculations and injection site during the process.In the second stage, the best demulsifier with changing the concentrations, temperature and pH is applied for understanding the demulsifying flow. The results of these experiments are leading to combination of emulsifiers and optimum concentration. Finally effectiveness of this new formulation is tested by bottle test method and is compared to other formulation of commercial demulsifiers. The best result is read from the surface separation of water. In fact to optimize the desalination process, different condition must be applied.
