چکیده

The purpose of this study is that the recruitment and selection policy and workforce commitment to the norms of the organization depending on factors such as the (attitude, of transparency, of conflict, of the organization's policy) Entrance exams or job interviews will be investigated. In this study, questionnaires were used to collect data that is obtained Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaire is 0/873. Given that this study is causal research is the field in batches because the structural equations' statistical technique that's been used to investigate the causal relationship between variables. To solve each of the equations by the method of maximum likelihood significant action is to evaluate each of the coefficients of the test «t» is used. The two statistical methods for data analysis and inferential statistics were used declarative. The subjects in this study consisted of 530 employees of the Red Crescent Society medical supplies. Attitudes and role clarity can be a positive influence on employee engagement and policies to increase but the role conflict and cannot do with any commitment to the policies of the political commitment to increase or decrease
