چکیده

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship betweenorganizational learning and differentiation strategy and cost leadershipin Bojnourd Directorate of Youth and Sport. Methodology from thepurpose point of view this study is practical, the method of datacollection and type of relation it is correlation and type ofimplementation is a survey research. For data collection, Santos et alQuestionnaire (2012) was used. The research population includes all thestaff, technicians and assistants of Bojnourd Directorate of Sports andYouth (384 subjects) from which, according to Cochran formula, 192people was chosen as the sample. To analyze the data obtained,according to data normality, Pearson and Friedman test was used. Theresults showed a significant relationship between organizationallearning and organizational competitive strategies. Note that thisrelationship is positive, increase in each of these two factors led to therise of another rand decrease in each one of them will lead to a decreasein the other variable. Non-parametric Friedman test results showed thatfrom two components of competitive strategies, differentiationstrategies is superior.
