Organizational performance is one of important discussed structure in business researches andundoubted it is most important measure of business success. However, organizational performance isincluded many factors according to variety of stakeholders and important factor of each elements isrelated to environmental type and features that company participate on it. The purpose of this study, isStudying modern banking services development and its effect on organizational performance amongNational Bank branches of Gilan province. Research method is descriptive and its goal is applicationmethod and data gathering is field and its tool is questionnaire. In present research statisticalpopulation is National Bank branches of Gilan province with 126 branches (Khordad 1394) that withregard to number of population and Cochran the sample size is 54 branches and it was used randomsampling. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 19 and PLS software. Results show that electric abilityon modern banking services, cooperation ability on modern banking services, modern bankingservices on organization value development, organization value development on whole organizationvalue, modern banking services on whole organization value and electronic services ability andcooperation ability on modern banking services has effect in National Bank branches of Gilanprovince. About referred assumptions extensive researches was conducted and in an essay as the samename, were discussed in detail and all six hypothesis were confirmed.
